This is my second POJ purchase. I was very happy with the 18" 6.5-7mm strand that I purchased five years ago, but thought it would be so nice to have a second necklace, 20" in length and with slightly larger pearls. But when the 20" 7.0-7.5mm necklace arrived, I was a little disappointed to not discern much difference between the pearl sizes.

With some hesitation, I emailed POJ with a couple of questions, followed by a request for a return, and then more questions about the duration of the current 20% off sale. The Operations Manager could not have been more gracious or helpful in our ongoing correspondence, and POJ fully stood by the stated and generous return policy. The return was quickly processed.

I was beyond thrilled when the 20" 7.5-8mm Akoya necklace I ordered as a replacement arrived. It was even more gorgeous and lustrous than the necklace I had bought five years earlier, and was exactly the size I had envisioned. Now I feel so privileged every time I open my jewelry box and see two gleaming Pearls of Joy Akoya necklaces, and I know that our two daughters will one day treasure them, too.
